Isabelle B. asked a question to Carl S.
Hey Isabelle, that's a great question and the simple answer is, very rewarding!
Dealing with managing people's pay, time and career is incredibly important and means you are having an influence on other soldiers and officers every day, at home or on operations. People really appreciate when you can help them out and you really can make a big difference to the overall happiness of a unit.
It is certainly very different to a normal civilian HR role, particularly when you are deployed overseas. But also because you get so much support to play sport, undertake adventure training and gain new qualifications.

what army job needs the less entry requirements?
Hey Isabelle,
That is quite a long answer because there are so many roles. I would recommend dialling in to the Joining the Army: What you need to know event on 7 Jan because I think that question would probably be best covered there.
