In short brilliant - I have been a reserve infantry soldier and am a regular infantry officer currently and love the role. It can be hard and physically demanding at times but is exciting and the people you will work and live with are brilliant. There is also a lot of variety in the roles you can do which gives you a lot of opportunities.
