Hi Jessica,
I am afraid we don't have an biomedical scientists on this platform. When you go through the application process you should be given the opportunity to ask more questions about the role and the Army Medical Services recruiting team may be able to put you in touch with a biomedical scientist to learn more about their day to day life and the opportunities they get. Starting an application won't tie you in to anything, but it will give you more opportunities to find out about the role.
From my understanding you are predominantly based in the UK, but there may be the opportunity to deploy on larger scale exercises/operations. The frequency of these opportunities will vary from year to year depending on where the Army is operating.
