I'm not in the RMP, but I forwarded your question to one of our RMP officers, his reply is below.
'Policing shift work which includes taking witness / complaint statements, preparing and enacting arrests and investigative work. Its not all work and no play however, Physical Fitness and Solider Training for Readiness is a constant activity within the RMP. Adventure Training opportunities also present themselves regularly.'
