What has been the biggest challenge and the honest pro/cons of the role so far?
I also wanted to know where I can find some more information about the selection process and also about the role itself other than on the army site.

Benedict, like any role in any job there is pros/cons. The army offers more than any other employer and within intelligence there is numerous routes for further education. Have a read on here for more information https://jobs.army.mod.uk/roles/intelligence-corps/operator-military-intelligence/
