What happens if someone fails the marksmanship test during basic training?

Hello.
If you fail the marksmanship test, you will be put through again as a re-test.
If you keep failing, you will be moved back to the course behind you are do that part of the training again.
The Army is after training people to become Soldier, not to select people out of the Army.
If we did this, we wouldn't have many people left in the Army.
