What happens if my CSM is being changed to a new person when the previous one says she is not my official CSM

My previous CSM sent me an email stating she is not my official CSM when I asked about the progression of my August 2024 application and now that my CSM has been changed does it mean the new one is now my official CSM. Hoping to hear from you soon

    Ebenezer, There is no requirement to send multiple messages WRT the same query.


    CSM to me as a Soldier is Company Sergeant Major. However your question indicates that you are in the application phase and therefore won't have a CSM as you are not serving.


    If you are in the application phase since Aug 24 then all i can say is that the applications are still being looked at. Due to the high volume of applications it has caused a vast delay. Rest assured you will be informed either way.
