Hello. If this is your first time going into the Army Careers Centre as part of your application then you do not need to worry. The Face to Face army Brief and individual careers discussion is not a job interview and you will not be being assessed during your time at the Army Careers Centre. It is an opportunity for you to learn in more detail what life in the army is like, what the rest of the application process looks like and have a one to one converation with a recruter about which job role you would like to do in the army. You will not need to pass any tests however we will ask you some questions about you, so we can get a better understanding of what drives you. The real aim of the visit is for your recruiter to impart as much understating on you as possible so that you are best advised to make a decision to carry on with the rest of the application process, or not if you decide its not for you.
The best think you can do is contact the careers office you are due to go to and they will let you know what they expect.
