What does phase 2 look like for a registered mental health nurse joining the army?

The website says "you then complete a short Transition to Military Practice Course" but I'm just wondering if anybody knows what this entails, how long exactly, etc? Thank you

Im not 100% sure but i think the course is between 6-8 weeks and will just entail the differences between doing your job within a normal hospital or clinic setting to that of working in a field or military environment. In the course you will be taught the differences between civilian practice and military practice you will practice and rehearse drill taught in phase 1 / Basic training and get taught on how to combine both of this skills to become an effective soldier as well as a nurse.
