Ethan, like normal civilian police forces but for the military. The military police are there to police the armed forces. They deploy overseas on various operations and exercises where there is a military presence

How often are they needed? Do they still have to do regular soldier things or are they primarily used for policing soldiers?

They are needed all the time. They are trained as soldier first, but join to be primarily used for policing
