Such a vast question but if i had to some it up in the shortest possible way:

Our roles cover almost every single job imaginable, so there's guaranteed to be something your well suited to.

Travel, sports, self development, life experience that far out weighs and other organisation.

We aren't just the line of defence for the nation we are also the back up should a civilian organisation falter, that may cause a detrimental effect to the UK. We train and step up. Over the years we have conducted extra training to keep Britain Great.

Covering strikes from Firefighters, Fuel tanker drivers, Security for big events such as the Olympics, bolstering medical staff during the pandemic not to mention the additional ambulance drivers and mobile testers we provided.

If you want a life that has no limits, then a career in the British Army is the only way to go.

    What I do.

I am a member of the of the RAC as a light cavalry soldier.

I started as a driver, then on promotion moved to the gunners role before training as a crew commander. As a cpl crew commander on a HMTV platform I completed extra qualifications in anti-tanking, range conduct and other instructor roles.

As a crew cmdr I deployed on exercises in the UK and over seas in the USA, Oman, UAE and Kenya.

When I promoted to Sgt, as well as crew commanding, I was a Troop Sgt. managing 10-15 soldiers and 4 vehicles.

Thats a quick blast, If you want more detail let me know.
