    Thanks. I just heard from my SSgt to run 10km, but Im sure we need only 2.4 to pass. Many thanks anyway.

    When training for an assessment it's always better to train slightly further to ensure you are comfortable at the actual event, there are all sorts of factors that can effect how you feel on the day
