To join any of the Special Forces Group, you'll need to first join the Armed Forces. From there, you can attempt Special Forces selection.
We can't really offer any further details: as you can imagine a lot of it is "sensitive" or "secret", but you may be able to find out more by searching online. Alternatively, you can join and ask to see the UKSF selection DIN (Defence Instructions and Notices).
