What are the training groups like?
Will I be put through inital training with the people who choose the same career path as me?

Hi Kamil, at phase 1 training everyones choices are different but once you move onto phase 2 it is job specific so the people you will be with will be on the same career path as you. However again depending on job role it doesn't mean you will be based together after training.
