Good afternoon Nathan,
Are we talking already medically trained personnel prior to joining the Army?
If joining without any previous Medical experience we provide any and all training a medical trained professional needs in order to operate as part of one of the best medical professionals in the world. That being said, Dr's would have to already possess the perquisites as a certified Dr prior to joining.
Nurses or Combat Medics on the other hand get full training on joining the respective roles.
Medics are required everywhere in the Forces world which makes for great opportunities to learn and travel.
I'd recommend searching for them on the Army Jobs website. It lists all the essentials and need to know about every single role. Also You Tube :Search Army Jobs is also some really good videos with each role and what is to be expected from both Officers and Soldiers.
