What are the differences in MMR 1,2,3,16 and what do nurses do in army life after completing the DONC and fnd year

I failed my interview in June and this was why, I am struggling to find out this info for my next interview in March. 'During your interview, the board felt from a military perspective you were lacking the depth of knowledge regarding MMRs and medical regiments.' Any help is much appreciated!

There has been a lot of changes over the last year the title MMR has replaced that of field hospitals. The differences between MMR and regiments are their capabilities a MMR will often deploy as a full unit with the capability of being able to set up a full scale hospital anywhere, the above you mentioned are medical regiments each have their own capabilities from armoured/mechanised or light roles each have their own part to play in the battlefield and the 4 stage of care with 16 Med being attached to the parachute regiment as a specialised unit.

There isnt much information on this which can be found at the moment because its still so new but this is always a good starting point to look at. It may also be worth looking at the link below for more research as it explains more about formations etc.

Regular army life would be pretty much the same as any other soldier depending on the environment you work will depend on what skills you use and when check the link below which should help cover this more.
