Thank you for your question. The simple answer is, the ones you enjoy and are good at! The most important thing is getting the 72 UCAS points to apply to be an officer, rather than the subjects themselves.
Of course there are some roles that certain qualifications would suit (STEM for engineering roles for example) but you should check out the army jobs website to see what role you might be interested in and you can work back from there. Some roles require university degrees so that might shape your choice of A-Level too.
