To transfer from the RM Band to RMP, would I have to complete basics training again? or just the RMP phase 2 training?

Hello,
Conditions of transfers vary in each case. You normally would not have to re-complete basic training unless you had left the military for a number of years. You would likely need to complete Initial Trade Training which is different for every role.
It's advisable to join into the role you want to be in rather than transfer at a later date. Transfers are possible but are not a decision that should be taken lightly.
