To get an apprenticeship in the army in a veterinary role, do I have to be a soldier?

I haven’t been able to find this information anywhere, but I’d love to take on a veterinary apprenticeship, however I’m unsure on if I have to be a soldier to do so.

Yes all vet roles require you to be a solider first, depending on weather you go soldier or officer route will depend on what training that you do. The Army does hire civillian staff often to fill the gaps but this is usually through contractors and is not something that we can advise on.
