The Royal Signals might be an interesting Corps to research for you. It's the part of the army that deal with Communications. The Intelligence Corps may also be of interest. The Army has a huge IT program mainly filled with individuals with a Royal Signals background. Any role / capbadge / job allows you time to participate in sport (all kinds, whether you have never done it before or have a background in it) and actively encourages it but for main job roles I think the Signals and Intelligence Corps would be ones to really look in to.
