Currently a Surveyor in my civilian role based in Leeds where would i apply to train to be in the above regiment. In the reserves?

You can make an application on the Army website:
Starting your Army Application
Just be sure to select Reserve Soldier to ensure you select the part time that you are asking for. The ensures your application goes to the correct location.
Training will be at your local RE reserve centre. With residentials at the RE home in RSME, Chatham.
At the point of making an application you won't be required to select the specific job role.
That being said, do you know already that your local reserve centre has that specific trade? If not you'd be expected to travel further which could pose a problem for yourself and your civilian job.
