Hello Angie. Thank you for your question. After speaking with the officers I work with, they are unsure what a RMAS1 form is. If you are looking to apply to join the army as a regular officer, you can apply online through this URL https://apply.army.mod.uk/what-we-offer/regular-officer
If you know what you need that form for, maybe you can elaborate on why you require it and who told you about it? With more information I may be able to help you. I am sorry I cannot answer your question at this stage.
