Hi Samwel,
Is this on the initial application? At this point you will not be able to do anything. If it comes to you being ok and loaded to the Assessment Centre you will have to inform them there at your medical.
If it returns as rejected or deferred because of incorrect information then you will then be able to appeal with the correct information. Its a timely process waiting for Dr's to respond which is why we would always recommend filling out every detail with care. This may result in a delay in your application process.
