Hello Alex,
As a soldier, to do an undergraduate course you could use your learning credits. You decide which course you want to do and apply for credits before enrolling. There aren't any courses I'm aware of where funding wouldn't granted, but normally people will choose to study either a topic that closely relates to their trade or something that studies management.
If a degree is a main driver for you, you may want to consider joining as an Officer instead, where your initial training can count toward a degree.
