Hi Brandon. I'm not 100% sure exactly what you have 'clicked' based on this info alone, but you might have declined the request to complete the test. In any case, your best best is to call the NRC, the National Recruiting Cell. They will be able to assist you in reinstating the request so that you can action it correctly.
