Hello! Hoping to join the Reserves as a CMT. I've a few months to go as I'm waiting to see if I will have to move for work!. I was wondering if there is medical literature I could read or courses I could take ahead of joining to make myself easier to train. Something to go along with the pressups!
OP here, I ran out of characters. I just wanted to add: thank you in advance for taking the time to look at my question! 😄
Good afternoon, I hope this finds you well.
Unfortunately no prior literature outside of what is offered on the Army website or by searching Army Jobs via You Tube.
In addition, for physical tips however, you can download the ArmyFit app, this is available free on the app store and gives specific details/exercises to assist you on your journey.
