Once you are through the assessment there is some final paperwork to do before you are ready to begin your Initial training (Phase 1).
The recruiters will check your references and run a background check. If everything looks okay they will send you an offer of employment.
Once you have accepted the offer, you will then be given your start date for training and you will formally join (enlist) in the Army. How quickly you can start will depend on the job you've applied to do, and the grade you were given at assessment.

Your start date will depend on the space available in the next intake and your job choice as every intake will have allocated spaces.
Contact your local armed forces careers office to complete a form called your AIRFPEC & your security watchdog form.
Once complete then you are good to go!
