planning on joining the infantry ina couple of years, with no gcse’s do they put me onto a course for the equivalent?

As you progress through your career there are different educational requirements you will need. The Army will put you on these courses to achieve this. There are also options to do further education beyond career courses if you want to them at a later date. I am in the process of getting a University Degree, paid for by the Army.
