Once joining and passed as a solider as a reserve, what if you want to leave?

Some one told me you have to give a years notice to leave after you pass training

Hi, if you have fully passed training then you sign a contract for 4 years committed service, this means you can request to leave after 3 years and you will leave in your fourth. Remember training takes time so you will know by then if this is the role for you or not. IF you are not fully committed you have the option to join as a reserve which will be 19 days per year
