Hello Martin,
In case you've missed it, the Army Jobs website has a page on the Army Foundation College Harrogate (AFCH) here: Junior Soldier Training | Army Jobs. It gives an insight to what recruits learn and answers some FAQs. The Army Jobs website is a great tool and will be able to answer most questions you have.
You can also arrange to pop into your local Army Career Centre, you can find your nearest one here: Your Local Army Careers Centres. They should be able to answer most questions and will be able to give you some pamphlets.
AFCH also have a fairly active Instagram account (unfortunately, I can't link it via my work computer, but give 'armyfoundationcollege' a search). They sometimes host physical and virtual open days.
Finally, here, on the ask a soldier platform. Feel welcome to respond with any other questions you may have in this thread and I'll do my best to get answers for you.
