Good Morning,
The chances of being posted in the same location as your spouse depends on several factors, including operational needs, postings, and available accommodations. There is also the balance of the two services (Army and Navy) aligning in these said factors.
The UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) does have policies and programs in place to support Service personnel in maintaining family life, including a HR system, which allows for the consideration of co-location requests. However, these requests are subject to the needs of the service and operational requirements. And important to know while there are mechanisms to support co-location, it is not guaranteed.
