Hi, this is so sad to read and i don't think is a fair thing to say at all. There are so many job roles and trades in the army, the Army really is a career / job for anyone (providing you meet the medical criteria). As one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the UK the Army also offers amazing training and education opportunities. If you get a chance, go to your local Army Careers office and go and have a chat with one of the friendly recruiters and hopefully you'll know you're absolutely good enough to join the army - or do whatever it is you want to do.
