i assume you mean after training?
If so, within the HR role you could be integrated into any unit in the world. This makes for an excellent way of traveling the world and seeking new, exciting opportunities that the Army offers. Mon - Fri is the typical "norm" this being said there could be events/tasks that require you to work the weekend, especially when deployed on Operations.
