Hi, my partner is considering joining as a dental nurse once she graduates her apprenticeship. Can anyone spread light on what day to day life is like as a dental nurse, and what deployments typically look like? Many Thanks
Deployments are usually up to the unit that they are attached to you will however occasionally be asked to support outside units to work within your job scope or role.
Day to day would be working within a dental practice doing your actual job keeping up with CPD hours and extra clinical training if required as well as all military training.
Please look at the link below which will show in more detail life on a daily basis and what to expect although not relevant for everyone all the time it gives you a better understanding of what is usually done day to day but often varies on job role
