    I have GCSE Grade 4 Maths, Level 2 Functional Skills English and 18 months experience in Level 3 Mechanical and Electrical Engineering [course not complete but passed numerous modules in the 18 month undertaken]. I have been advised that the lack of English GCSE will prohibit entry to the Royal Engineers.
