Left the army end of service 9 years didn’t change my grading which they said I was fully fit (MLD) trying to go back in

MFD is fully fit criteria, MLD is limited deployability which is usually as a result of injury or limitations due to medical conditions. For this you would need to prove that you are not suffering from whatever it was you was downgraded for. Further medical evidence will go in your favour if you get assessments done prior to reapplying. However there is no guarantee that you will still be accepted back. You will also go through a slightly different process which can sometimes take longer as a re-joiner. If you have any questions or concerns about rejoining the National Recruitment Centre (NRC) 0345 600 80 80 will be able to provide you more information. However they will not be able to advise on medical.
