Joining at 29
29yo mechanic was in racing motorcycles to a decent level as a mechanic and I have my own garage most recently, is it worth at my age joining the paras? Be brutally honest, It’s an itch I’ve had since a kid but always been detoured by my parents.

Connor,
Fitness and mindset are probably the biggest factors for joining the Parachute Regiment. Its definitely worth joining earlier rather than later, but as long as you're within the age requirement (16 - 36) you won't have a problem.
If you've got that itch, nothing else will scratch it!
