Hi, I assume it was the answer i gave earlier? I can't give you a definitive answer as it would all depend on the course / training wknd as some you aren't charged for. If you are in a pay as you dine establishment lunch is about £2.40 and dinner about £3.50 (both for 3 courses and a drink). I'm afraid i don't know how much b'fast is - prob about £2. You could choose to eat your b'fast in your room though and save money. As a Reserve Capt you might stay in the mess so again, this would depend on the mess / type of accommodating - anything from about 75p a night per room (walk to showers). I stayed in a new ish mess with en-suite and it was about £2.10 per night. If you're concerned about how much it would cost you for a course / wknd you could ask your unit admin clerk, or it should say on admin orders etc. I hope this helps.
