Yes my job has been flexible right through my career. There has been a lot of opportunity to change job roles, go on different courses and work with different cap badges/forces.

There will and have been busy periods but you can guarantee at least 8 weeks off in a 12 month period, more if you deploy on operations or overseas exercises.
