There are plenty of opportunities to gain qualifications whilst in the Army to further your acknowledges and they will often help to fund if not pay for courses if they are relevant from degrees, masters degrees, college qualifications and more. Although these are not guaranteed, if you can justify the need and requirement for it then they will support you in trying to be able to achieve this, this would have to be something to discuss with your chain of command or training wing about once you have made it to your unit.
