Hi Dani,
The short answer is yes, absolutely!
The Army takes the mental health of its people incredibly seriously and we recognise the importance of a healthy body and mind.
There are a number of initiatives to help support the personnel serving, but also a close team of friends and colleagues, and a chain of command all help too.
