Hello,
There is a relatively new programme that allows CMTs to apply to train as paramedics, it is only open to certain ranks and it can be competitive to get in to.
I have not studied towards a degree while serving so am not too sure on the process, but I believe any serving soldier or officer can apply for funding to use towards a degree, this is usually done using enhanced learning credits https://www.enhancedlearningcredits.com/ .
