Just to add on what Jordon has commented, there are no glider regiments or glider flying opportunities in the Army (outside of adventure training). The Army Air Corps would be the closest thing in the Army to what you're interested in. We are an aviation branch, focusing on rotary aircraft such as the Apache and Wildcat. We amalgamated with the Glider Pilot Regiment, so have a bit of history with gliders...
