I am 16, and a girl, i have always wanted to be part of the army, ever since i was little, right now i am not that strong as i had so many injuries from riding motocross (im all healed now, fully) and i was wondering if there are any training i can do before joining?
A good standard of cardio, aim to run 2km in 8-10mins will set you up for success.
as well as Functional strength, things like, deadlifts, squats, pull ups and press ups.
Also, have a go at tabbing. walking with a backpack on. Start light, about 8kg and walk for 3km.
Working up to 10/15kg for 5km.
