Is there a possibility we can change role after completing phase 1 training?

Hi,
There is a possibility but it depends on what you are looking at changing into and the availability within that trade for any transferees. But remember you chose that trade for a reason and I always recommend giving your trade a chance as your yet to train within it and be within a regiment where you are able to conduct your trade properly.
