Is there a gym facility you can use while training or after training

Yes there are gym facilities in all Training establishments. You will be allowed to use them after week 6-8.
Once you arrive at your unit after passing out, there are gym facilities on all military camps which are all free to use once you have been inducted by the the gymnasium staff
