There used be be an app but it has since been removed. All of the criteria you need to meet can be found on the Army jobs website for the specific roles you are looking for. It is your own responsibility to make sure you can reach them standards for that specific job role. We always recommend consulting a doctor before conducting any physical activity. Your medical records will be checked once your application has started to ensure tat you are fully fit to join.
