Provided that you can pass all of the assessments and the rest of the application process before September, and are still within the brackets for attending Harrogate then this could still be a possibility depending on spaces available. Please discuss this matter with your careers office and they should be able to see spaces available and will try their best to get you sorted before this date.
Please bear in mind this is also job dependant as some spaces may already be full for Harrogate for the specific job role you are after.
