I'm 26 years old with no qualifications, how feasible is it to go from soldier to pilot?
To apply to join as a pilot you need to have 35 ALIS points and 72 UCAS points, and need to have joined before you are 28 years and 11 months to allow time to begin training by your 30th birthday.
With a lot of work this may be possible, but I would suggest it is unlikely. If it's something that you're passionate about, you should talk to your local recruiting office and look at local colleges to see what courses you can enrol on to bring you up to the required standard.
If joining as a pilot doesn't work out, there are other roles in aviation that you may be interested in within the Army Air Corps, Royal Logistic Corps, Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, and Royal Artillery.

Alternatively, if you've had enough of aviation, why not specialise in removing it?
