Hi, if you research Royal Signals, you will see the many roles the Signals do including roles that include cyber security etc. Harrogate will teach you the basic skills to become a soldier but after graduating you will go on to your Phase 2 which is your trade training. You must reach certain academic criteria for different roles in the Royal Signals but the Army Website lets you know what is required. I hope this helps.

Phase 2 for the Royal Signals is at Blandford, in Dorset. This is where you really begin to learn your trade. Harrogate teaches you how to be a soldier, Phase 2 teaches you the intricacies of your trade training (and where you begin your specific apprenticeship trg).
